   • If we make a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong product, incorrect size, or missing items), we will accept a return and offer a refund or exchange.

3. Damaged Goods:

   • If the product is damaged during shipping or is defective upon arrival, we will accept a return and provide a refund or replacement.

4. Change of Mind:

   • We do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind after purchasing.

5. Refund Process:

   • Refunds will only be processed if our delivery person finds any defect or issues with the product at the time of delivery. If no defect is found, we cannot accept the return.
